In compliance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act, we would like to secure your consent on the general use and sharing of information obtained from you in the course of your transaction/s.
1. DormTel personnel will assign room and bed depending on the availability at the time that I have made my reservation.
2. That If I failed to move-in on the date that I have specified in my reservation form, I will be given another three (3) working days to move-in and after the grace period given to me and I still failed to move- in, I understand that my reservation fee shall be forfeited.
3. I accept and understand that should I decide to cancel my reservation with DormTel Inc., I only have Three (3) working days from date of reservation within which to cancel, or my reservation is deemed confirmed. If I made the cancellation within Three (3) working days, I will get 80% refund of the total amount that I have paid and 20% thereof shall be forfeited as service charge.
4. My claim for refund shall only be allowed if I am able to return the original receipt that was issued to me as proof of my reservation payment. Without a receipt, I cannot claim for a refund.
5. Approved reservation must settle the amount equivalent to 1 month security deposit as reservation fee and attached photocopy of valid I.D with signature. After completion of the requirements DormteL Inc will send the account no. then send back copy of validated deposit slip to confirm your reservation.
