2. Solo Room promo at P 11,000 per room/month with 2 beds, regular rates at P14,600 per month at Dormtel Sta. Mesa only, please inquire for more details

4. Loyalty promo, for existing dormers renew your contract and get 20% discount on your first month rental minimum of 6 months.
5. We accept transient daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or upon reservation.
